1. This is an Agri-tourism center. Facilities like hotels, dhabas, restaurants will not be available. Self-service is expected.
2. There may be many tourist groups here. You should be aware that you will not be provided with independent services.
3. Do not bring wet clothes or any food into the room.
4. Do not keep garbage in the room or bathroom.
5. Although hot water is available 24 hours a day, hot water should be used preferably between 6 and 9 am.
6. The center is not responsible if there is no electricity and hot water is not available at other times.
7. Any form of noise disturbance, including loud music, dance parties, or celebrations, is strictly prohibited. In the event of a complaint from the society or neighbors, a fine of ₹5,000 will be imposed.
8. Swimming is not allowed to be used on the day of checkout as we do add chemicals to it in the morning which may cause skin irritations.
9. Drugs or any other illegal products are strictly prohibited on the property and guests will be asked to leave the property then and there itself without any refund if we come across any such activities.
10. Incase the guests mess up the place especially any condition they will be strictly charged Rs 1000 extra for cleaning.
11. Visiting Guests will be allowed only if informed prior and will be charged Rs. 300 per guest extra. Guests will have to leave before 10 pm or else full charge of Rs1250/guest will be implemented.
12. Swimming pool, rain dance, music system, garden, games are for everyone. Therefore, their limited use is required. All rights regarding use are subject to the management.
13. Water wastage should be avoided.
14. Laxmiban is a family vacation spot. Any kind of indiscipline, rudeness, rude behavior, abuse will not be tolerated here. If found, you will be evicted without notice.
15. Do not turn on electrical appliances unless necessary.
16. Be aware that Laxmiban is a peaceful place. Do not shout or scream.
17. No personal programs can be organized in the resort. There are separate packages for that. For example, birthdays, engagement parties, weddings, etc.
18. Speakers can be played at low volume till 10 pm as per requirement. (Government rules)
19. In case of damage to the buildings and items in Laxmiban, compensation will be taken.
20. Treat the staff with respect and courtesy. Do not argue for any reason.
21. It will be the responsibility of the group leader to explain the rules to all members and to behave accordingly. The group leader is expected to coordinate with the management as much as possible.
22. Booking should be done after getting proper information about all the buildings, rules and other things. Do not complain or argue after booking or on the spot.
