Booking & Payment Terms<\/h4>\r\n
  • Advance: 50% of total Fee to be paid for booking the venue <\/li>\r\n
  • Remaining Booking Amount: to be paid at least 30 days prior to the event date(100% Booking Fee).\r\n
  • 100% Booking fee if not received 30 days before the event, reservation will be cancelled with no refund.\r\n
  • Security deposit of Rs.10,000\/- should be deposited before 15 days of event which will refundable after 3 days of the event (for any breakage & damage).\r\n
  • Bookings are done on first come first server basis.\r\n
  • Booking Confirmation Receipt will be given to client after Advance booking.\r\n
  • Payment Mode: Cash, Bank Transfer(NEFT), Demand Draft are accepted.
    \r\n

    Facilities at Lakshmiban<\/h4>\r\n
  • Timings: Morning 4.00 pm \u2013 2.00 pm (Extra charges for additional hours).\r\n
  • Cleaning Charges, Electricity Charges and Generator Fuel Charges are all inclusive in the package.\r\n
  • Client must inspect the premises prior to taking possession. Similarly the venue is expected to be vacated in the same condition as it was handover to them.\r\n
  • Client will be fully responsible for all liabilities, including food or any damage to the building, carpeting, equipments or other furnishings.\r\n
  • Damage repair charges will be evaluated as per present market value & to be deducted from the Security deposit.\r\n
  • Management is not responsible for any mishap. Natural Calamities and theft.\r\n
  • Music system: must be closed by 10 p.m sharp.\r\n
  • For DJ \/ Orchestra \/ Any musical arrangement, guest has to arrange all valid licenses & permission. LAKSHMIBAN shall take no responsibility for the same.\r\n
  • All statutory permission (police, sound, excise etc.) will sole responsibility of client, copy of such permission will have to be presented in the office before 3 days of the event.\r\n
  • Smoking or Spitting of paan, gutkhas and other tobacco consumption is strictly prohibited inside the garden or hall premises.\r\n
  • Spitting in the venue would attract the penalty of Rs.1,000\/-.\r\n
  • Lakshmiban representatives have the exclusive rights to restrict entry of certain guests into the premises.\r\n
  • No animals and pets are permitted in the premises.\r\n
  • Firearms and weapons are not allowed in the premises.\r\n
  • Fireworks & firecrackers are strictly prohibited.\r\n
  • Live counter is not allowed.

    Cancellation\/Date Alteration <\/h4\r\n
  • A separate charge may be levied when an event date is changed.\r\n
  • Please note that charges for change of date is subject to taxation.\r\n
  • Booking amount would not be refunded under any circumstances.

    Additional Services<\/h4>\r\n
  • Decoration, Floral Arrangement and other vendor follows the guidelines of LAKSHMIBAN for cleaning, electricity etc.\r\n
  • Outside Catering is allowed upon payment of Kitchen Rental,Cleaning & Garbage Removal Charges as applicable + Service tax.\r\n
  • The Cleaning & Garbage Removal charges to be paid along with the final settlement of Booking Fee.\r\n
  • The Client has ensure that the outside catering vendor follows the guidelines of LAKSHMIBAN for cooking & waste disposal.\r\n
